SWISS SLIDING HEAD MACHINES

As a modern type of machine tool controlled by computer numerical programming, sliding head machinery is capable of performing machining operations with extreme accuracy. Sliding head lathes allow the workpiece to move in the Z-axis while the tool remains stationary. This is unlike traditional lathes where the workpiece remains in position while the tools move around it. The benefit of this is increased precision and reduced process time.

We at Moksh Have 4 sliding Head Machines from Tsugami , Japan.

CNC Turning Machines

Operated with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) systems and provided with precise design instructions, CNC Lathes are machine tools where the material or part is clamped and rotated by the main spindle, while the cutting tool that work on the material, is mounted and moved in various axis.

We at Moksh Have 10 CNC Turning Machines from Ace Micromatic, LMW , JYOTI CNC.

Thread Rolling Machine

Thread rolling machines generate threads by displacing and flowing metal into a thread shape. Thread rolling machines are used to produce screws, bolts, and studs. Thread rolling is a cold-form forming operation used to form external screw threads in a blank. During the thread rolling process, a hard die is pressed onto a rotating workpiece (also called a blank) that is attached to the thread rolling machine. The thread rolling machine gradually increases the force that is applied to the workpiece. This force rolls the thread profile from the hard die onto the attached blank. The material on the blank is displaced to form the roots of the thread and the displaced material flows outward. The thread form is the shape or profile of the screw threads that are rolled into the blank. At Moksh, we have 2 Thread Rolling Machines from MTE Industries INDIA.

Vertical Milling Center

In the high-volume production industry, the task of achieving the requirements of our customers such as shorter turnaround, higher quality and lower cost has become a constant challenge for the machine tool designer. Makino is well known for bringing quality and reliability through its innovative machining centers, technologies and process know-how. Makino’s new Compact Vertical Machining Center - Slim3n, provides high performance and extremely efficient machining for high volume part production. The Slim3n is ideally suited for a wide array of component machining applications focused on maximizing machining process, increasing flexibility and achieving smooth workflow and various types of automation.

CENTRELESS GRINDING MACHINE

Centerless grinding is the process of removing material from the outside diameter of a work piece using an abrasive wheel. In its simplest form, a contorless grinder consists of the machine base, grinding whool, regulating wheel and work blado. With contorless grinding, the work piece is not mechanically held to drive the part.
The work piece is located on its outside diameter and supported by the work blade which is between the regulating wheel and the grinding wheel. The regulating wheel drives the part and the grinding wheel removes the material. There are two main types of centerless grinding: throughfeed grinding and infeed grinding.
